IoTAA is conducting an Australia wide survey to benchmark the adoption of IoT across industry, government and academia. Its purpose is to inform industry, government and research agencies to address the areas of greatest need for IoT adoption.
The IoT Adoption Index will measure Australia’s IoT maturity. The IoT Adoption survey will result in the IoT Adoption Index – due out early 2018.
It all starts with a survey run by IoTAA, with the support of the Federal Department of Communications and the Arts and key sponsors.
The Survey has now closed, thank you for your participation.
Survey results and report are expected in March 2018.

What is IoT?
IoT is also referred to as Industry 4.0, or the Fourth Industrial Revolution. It is widely considered to offer the next productivity and economic uplift for Australia. McKinsey conservatively estimates increases of between $45b to $120b p.a. in Australia’s GDP by 2025. Australia’s digital economy is currently poised at a point between opportunity and risk.
