I.O.T America welcomes all applicants from North America, Australasia, the Caribbean and the Far East. Applications mailed from other areas of the world are passed onto the respective I.O.T sections.

Please note applications from persons 18 yrs or older only are
accepted. Following receipt of your application, it will
undergo a standard review process and providing it is found to
be acceptable, you will be placed in contact with a local
member for a more personal assessment, which usually involves
a face-to-face appraisal of personality, etc.
Should all stages of your application meet approval, you
will then be appointed a mentor from your local area and begin
the novitiate program which commonly lasts between 6-12
months.
